Shamrock Foods has acquired just over 116 acres of land at Majestic Commercenter in Aurora for construction of a new distribution facility.
The company, which currently leases space at the master planned industrial park, bought the property from a Majestic Realty Co. affiliate for $30.35 million, or $6 per square foot, according to Adams County records.
Shamrock Foods declined to discuss the transaction, except to say, “Shamrock Foods Co. has purchased land in Aurora, Colorado, with plans to build a distribution facility to accommodate the growing demand of both existing and new customers.
“We’ve been a part of the Colorado community for more than three decades. As both the food service and culinary industry thrive throughout the region, we look forward to continue playing a critical role in that movement.”
