Aaron has been working in commercial real estate since 2015 with experience managing industrial, retail, multifamily, medical office, and office product and currently serves as Property Manager of Denver Place with LBA Realty. Denver Place is a Class A, LEED Platinum, mixed-use, 1 million square foot property and is the 2021 recipient of the TOBY-Earth Award from the Midwest region of BOMA. As Chair of BOMA International’s environmental committee, Aaron convenes with industry leaders to discuss ESG challenges and solutions in and outside of the US. As Vice Chair of BOMA Denver’s Public Policy Committee, he reviews proposed legislation and gathers feedback from local stakeholders to inform lawmakers of the CRE perspective. Aaron was an active citizen participant in the Energize Denver Task Force that designed the city’s building performance standard ordinance which the state of Colorado is now modeling. He is the Co-Founder and Chair of the Sustainability Alliance within his company’s national portfolio, teaching and guiding fellow managers on best practices. As a LEED Green Associate with a fervent passion for environmental stewardship, he aspires to be Colorado’s go-to green manager.
