Abby is CHAI’s chief executive and operational leader. She has previously managed multiple structured debt funds on behalf of CDFIs totaling over $430 million in loan capital for acquisition and preservation of affordable housing. She was part of the founding team of the San Francisco Housing Accelerator Fund – a nationally recognized model for flexible financing pools for affordable housing – before co-founding CHAI. CHAI’s seeks to expand access to catalytic private capital for affordable housing across the income spectrum in Colorado.
