Adam’s efforts have positioned Unico to win several industry awards, including USGBC Colorado’s Greenest Real Estate Company of the Year.

Adam brings first-hand knowledge of commercial real estate sustainability issues, a deep understanding of energy policy and utility markets, and an integrative approach to achieving lasting building efficiency. He melds an owner’s perspective with the drive to transform the built environment in a cost-effective manner that increases efficiency, reduces operating expenses, and creates increased asset value.
