Adam Paul is a native of Lakewood, Colorado, and a dedicated public servant. Before becoming mayor in 2015, Adam served on the Lakewood City Council for eight years and prior to that six years on the Green Mountain Water and Sanitation District Board.

Adam attended Jefferson County Public Schools and is a graduate of Green Mountain High School. He holds a BA in political science from the University of Colorado.

In 2002, he started his own business, Colorado Corporate Car, an executive transportation service. Being a small business owner, Adam believes that small businesses are the backbone of the community.

As one of Colorado’s youngest mayors, Adam has had a life filled with challenges starting at an early age.  These challenges have given him strength, tenacity, and a sense of compassion. He is a genuine champion for the residents of Lakewood.
