Adam Veltri has 30 years of experience in commercial transactions and corporate financing, and has spent much of his career concentrating on the oil and gas industry. In private practice, he has advised a variety of upstream and midstream companies and investors on issues related to oil and gas acquisitions, divestitures, financings, development and operations. Adam has also held various executive positions with E&P companies, including General Counsel, CEO, Co-Head of A&D and Head of Land.
Additionally, Adam spent 15 years with major New York City law firms, advising high-profile global money center banks and investment firms on various types of real estate, asset-based, second lien, mezzanine, term and revolving credit commercial lending transactions, as well as joint ventures and M&A and capital markets transactions.
Adam earned his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany (summa cum laude, 1982) and his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania (1985). He is admitted to practice law in Colorado, Wyoming and New York.
