Alberto Lizarzabal is an Assistant Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield, based in the Denver metro area. Alberto’s career in commercial real estate is defined by a strong foundational background in property operations, allowing him to bring a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of building dynamics to his current management role.
In his daily operations, Alberto works directly with the financial management of his assigned asset, actively driving the property accounting side through meticulous budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial reporting. His strategic oversight ensures optimal asset performance and strong tenant relations.
Beyond daily property operations, Alberto is deeply passionate about workforce development and mentorship. He is dedicated to helping new members of the real estate workforce find their footing, develop their skills, and successfully grow into long-term careers within the industry. This passion is reflected in his active leadership roles, including serving as the Emerging Professional Co-Chair for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) at both the local Denver and national levels.
