Professional Experience
Alex Mulvihill is an Associate Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets, Institutional Properties, in Denver. Her primary responsibilities include providing financial analysis, due diligence coordination and production of marketing collateral for presentations and offering memorandums.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2016, Alex was an appraiser for Cushman and Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group. She was involved in nearly 300 appraisal assignments with total property values amounting to over $3.5 billion.
