Amy Mark is an experienced multifamily real estate professional with more than 20 years of leadership in operations, asset performance, and value creation. As an Asset Manager for MIG Real Estate, she oversees a portfolio of value-add multifamily communities within the firm’s private equity division, focusing on driving asset optimization, capital planning, and long-term investment performance.

Previously, Amy served as Regional Vice President for Embrey Partners, managing 3,500 units across Colorado and Arizona and leading multiple new construction lease-ups, capital projects, and performance initiatives.

Named the 2023 Apartment Association of Metro Denver’s Most Outstanding Regional Management Professional, Amy also serves on the AAMD Board of Directors and serves on the Education Advisory Council and Communications comittee. She holds an MBA from Baker University and is known for her data-driven, people-focused approach to creating value and building high-performing teams in the multifamily industry.
