Andrew has over 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with experience in office, medical-office, and retail management. Andrew has worked as a property manager in both Houston and Denver.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Andrew served as Property Manager with CBRE for a 610,000 square foot medical-office portfolio owned by Memorial Hermann in Houston, TX. Andrew’s responsibilities included management of daily operations, preparation of financial reporting, the annual budget, oversight of construction projects, tenant relations and service contract administration. Andrew is also experienced working as an Asset Manager, Leasing Agent, and Financial Analyst.

EDUCATION
Andrew received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Colorado State University and a Master of Business Administration from C.T. Bauer School of Business at University of Houston.
