Company Role
Andrew manages Remedy’s leasing efforts for approximately 6 million square feet of MOB and ASC properties in the Rocky Mountain and and Central Regions of the United States. He is responsible for maintaining and growing tenant occupancy, managing lease negotiations, and nurturing tenant/broker relationships.
Andrew has focused primarily on the healthcare asset class of the commercial real estate industry for his 23+ year career, with expertise in leasing, development, and acquisitions. He has successfully negotiated over 5 million square feet of leasing and sales transactions in his career.

Experience
Prior to joining Remedy, Andrew worked as a commercial broker in Arizona, most recently with NAI Horizon.
