Mr. Clay is responsible for identifying and executing development opportunities throughout the Mountain Region. He has worked in real-estate development and property management for 20 years, and has developed over 5,000 units worth $1.25B in the Denver metro area. Mr. Clay serves on the ULI Product Council, Joint Legislative Action Committee for the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and is a voting member of its political funding arm, The Alliance. He received a Bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Colorado Christian University as well as post-graduate studies in Finance and Urban Planning at the University of Colorado at Denver. He has two sons age 15 and 12 that he snowboards with every chance he gets.
