For the past 13 years, Kolos has been actively engaged in all facets of commercial real estate banking in the Denver community. In September 2021, Kolos spearheaded the expansion of Wintrust Bank into Colorado where he currently serves as Colorado Market President, Commercial Real Estate. Wintrust Commercial Real Estate manages an $8 billion real estate portfolio and offers a variety of commercial real estate lending solutions—including commercial mortgages and construction loans—with flexible financing and various length term loans. Prior to Wintrust Bank, Kolos spent four (4) years at BBVA, USA, where he built a substantial commercial real estate portfolio with Denver based sponsors, which was diversified across multifamily, industrial, office, and retail. Prior to BBVA, USA, Kolos spent 7.5 years at Vectra Bank Colorado.
