Andrew Lowe, equity owner and Managing Director, is a Regional Manager with the Industrial Group at Clarion Partners. As a regional manager, Andy is responsible for a team that asset manages the Central and Southwest industrial markets totaling approximately 58 million sq. ft. Andy and his team are also actively involved in acquisitions, developments and sales transactions in these markets. Additionally, he is a member of the Investment Committee for the Clarion Gramercy European Industrial funds. Andy joined Clarion Partners in 2002 and began working in the real estate industry in 1994. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (“NAIOP”) and is an active member on NAIOP’s E-Commerce III Forum. Andy is a Certified Public Accountant with the State of Texas.
