In her role as vice president of Development, Northern Colorado, Ashley oversees McWHINNEY development in that part of the state from procurement to completion.

Ashley’s responsibilities include sourcing, vetting, competing for, procuring and overseeing all new Northern Colorado development projects. She supervises all aspects of project management from client relationships and prospects to contract and budget oversight and community involvement.

Ashley brings over 15 years of development experience to McWHINNEY that includes developing $30-$40 million heavy and light industrial, residential mixed-use and open-space projects and cultivating new business.
