Mr. Clifford focuses on sourcing new investment opportunities and structuring real estate debt transactions for Keystone’s Real Estate Bridge Lending Fund, Keystone’s Real Estate Construction Financing platform, and Keystone’s LP/GP/Pref-Equity investments. Over the past five years, he’s sourced and/or structured over $1.2 billion of commercial real estate debt through various Keystone private debt vehicles primarily in the middle market multifamily, industrial, and self-storage asset types. Prior to Keystone, Mr. Clifford was a commercial real estate portfolio manager and loan officer for a regional bank based out of Salt Lake City, UT.
