Ben Kuruvila is the Mountain West Market Lead for CIBC Bank USA’s Commercial Real Estate Group based in Denver. He is responsible for a portfolio of loans that exceeds $1 billion in commitments and leads the client management team covering sponsors based in the Mountain West Region (Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Idaho, and Nevada.) Prior to joining CIBC Bank USA in 2021, Mr. Kuruvila was previously with U.S. Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Group for 14 years. Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Mr. Kuruvila was a Financial Analyst for Shames-Makovsky Realty Company. Mr. Kuruvila is a graduate of the University of Denver (B.S.) and Daniel’s Collage of Business (M.B.A. in Real Estate). Mr. Kuruvila served on the Board of Directors for Denver Public Schools Foundation and the Renaissance Housing Development Corporation. Mr. Kuruvila and his wife, Kristin, reside in Silverthorne, CO with their two kids (Iyla -13 and Kaan – 10).
