Bill has been working as an Architectural Designer for over 20 years and is currently an Associate Principal at Lantz-Boggio. In this role he has spoken at numerous Senior Living Conferences across the country including Leading Age Florida and Senior Housing Business’ Interface. He has been part of the design teams at Lantz-Boggio on projects that have won numerous EFA and Senior Living News awards. His educational Background was at the The University of Texas in Austin where he majored in Engineering before transferring to Architecture.

He is currently focused on helping Lantz-Boggio’s Non-profit and development partners study concept feasibility that analyzes design, economics and regulations to help them make informed decisions on their next project.

Prior to working at Lantz-Boggio Bill’s major focus was in the Multi-family industry where he designed and managed the construction of thousands of apartments. This background has given him a solid understanding of the construction type that he has then applied to Senior Living.
