While at RISE, Bill has been involved in over 5 million square feet of successful real estate leasing and sales transactions. Bill has served as a leader of the RISE brokerage team since 2001, with significant success in all facets of leasing and investment sales. He has significant experience in the office, retail, and flex industrial asset classes. Bill is known for his extensive knowledge of the market, connections within the Denver real estate community, and a unique capability to broker difficult transactions.

A licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker, Bill is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He is also an avid fly fisherman, golfer, and just all-around good guy. He lives in Denver with his wife and two sons.
