Bobby Molinary is currently Senior Vice President for Lodging Development (West) – Marriott Select Brands. Mr. Molinary has responsibility for the growth and development of new Marriott Select and Extended Stay branded hotels (Courtyard, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites, TownePlace Suites, AC Hotel, Moxy, Aloft, Element and Four Points) in the West region of the United States.

Prior to joining Marriott’s Select Service Team, Bobby was Vice President of Full-Service Development where he led development in the western part of the United States. He has 20 years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant business with extensive experience in franchising, hotel real estate, market planning and analysis and food and beverage operations.
