Professional Experience
Bonnie joined CBRE in 2020 as the Property Manager for Denver Highlands I & II, a premier Class A campus. Since then, she has expanded her portfolio to over one million square feet, managing a diverse mix of Class A and receivership properties. Her responsibilities encompass all aspects of property management, including building operations, vendor and financial management, and personnel oversight.

Bonnie employs a comprehensive approach to asset management, effectively handling annual budgets, contract negotiations, long-term capital planning, financial reporting, lease administration, tenant improvements, and relationship management. Renowned for her hands-on leadership, she collaborates closely with leasing teams to enhance asset performance and deliver exceptional client value.

With a decade of industry experience across boutique and national firms, Bonnie has built her career from the ground up. She is a proactive, strategic leader dedicated to operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Currently, Bonnie serves as the 2025 President of IREM Greater Denver and remains actively engaged with BOMA Denver and the broader real estate community.
