Brad Cushard began his career in the real estate industry shortly after he graduated from the University of Southern California in 1996. Brad worked as a associate for a commercial real estate firm in Sacramento, CA where his was on retail leasing and land sales. Concurrently, Brad diligently pursued and obtained a residential real estate portfolio. Brad’s interest in all aspects of real estate brought him to attend law school where he could expand his knowledge of real estate and law. After Graduating from Gonzaga Law School in 2002, Brad practiced law. His practice consisted of insurance defense litigation, commercial litigation as well as various transaction real estate matters.

In 2006, because of his experience and background, Brad was brought on as a partner at Central Development and subsequently became a principal.
During his time at Central Development, Brad focused on industrial development and commercial property acquisitions. Over the past 10 years, Brad has over 100,000 million dollars of industrial development and commercial acquisitions.
