Brad Schell is the Senior Business Intelligence Architect for Real Estate Business Analytics (REBA), a data analytics software company on a mission to change how the rental housing industry uses data. Brad oversees client implementations from signed contracts to go-live while developing and building custom dashboards within REBA’s BI platform. He is passionate about building applications that help revolutionize how the industry uses and understands its data, leading them to save time and money. Prior to joining REBA, Brad spent six years with The Irvine Company as a revenue and asset manager and helped design and improve the organization’s internal pricing, renewal, and BI tools. Brad holds a Business Administration & Management degree from USC and recently relocated his family to Colorado.
