Brad Spence is a Director of Business Development for Integro LLC.  Brad is responsible for growing Integro and helping to guide owners through the C-PACE process. Brad grew up in a family business that spanned two states and multiple locations. Being involved in every aspect of a business from an early age helps Brad to see the world through the lens of the owners and clients he works with. Brad has been involved in real estate for 15 years and his experience includes Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, P&Z work, Site Selection and Consulting and Development for one the largest retail franchises in the world.
