Brandon joined Greystar in 2007, and is senior managing director of real estate for the Mountain division which includes Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, the Dakotas, Nebraska and Kansas. Brandon has been active in the multifamily industry since 1991, and has supervised a diverse portfolio throughout his career, including lease ups, value-add, and affordable properties. Prior to joining Greystar, Brandon was a principle in Stratus Real Estate. He received a bachelor of science degree in finance from Western International University, and is a licensed broker in Arizona and Colorado. Brandon has served in the Apartment Association in various capacities, and is treasurer on the board of director’s executive committee. He also serves on the Towing Task Forces Committee for the state of Colorado, and was appointed by Governor John Hickenlooper.
