Brandon has lived in Denver since 1977, where he graduated from Kent Denver School before attending and graduating from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee with a B.S. in Economics in 1994.  He entered the commercial real estate finance industry in 1998, doing both production and underwriting for a small firm before joining Terrix Financial in 2000 where he is now a Principal.  Brandon works with life insurance companies, banks, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac and CMBS lenders to finance all types of properties including retail, multi-family, warehouse, office and other specialty assets.
