Brett Frank is an award-winning Area Director with more than eight years of combined military and civilian leadership experience in the multifamily housing industry. He currently oversees multiple communities and is known for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and delivering resident-focused results. Brett was named to the 2022 NAA 20 in Their Twenties class and is a graduate of the 2024 NAA Leadership Lyceum. He actively serves on multiple NAA and AAMD committees, including as the Region 8 NAAEI Board Member. He is passionate about leadership development, industry advocacy, and advancing best practices across multifamily housing.
