Brian Betner serves as legal counsel to health care organizations in need of an experienced and practical legal perspective. He focuses his work on governance, medical staff operations, clinical integration and compliance-related matters and assists organizations with innovative alignment strategies. He most frequently works with leadership, governing boards and in-house counsel of health systems, hospitals and other health care providers on strategic, operational and regulatory matters affecting their organizations. Brian enjoys working alongside health care organizations interested in innovation and takes pride in helping clients creatively navigate an evolving health care industry.
Brian currently serves as a board member of Hall Render and the National Association Medical Staff Services. Prior to attending law school, Brian served in the United States Navy. In his free time, he supports youth lacrosse and participates in adventure sports. Brian regularly speaks across the country for national and state organizations on a broad range of topics and is actively involved in the American Health Lawyers Association and the National Association Medical Staff Services.
