Brian Fitzpatrick is committed to making a difference in Denver communities. Throughout Brian’s 14 years with Mortenson, he has grown his career in Phoenix, working as a project engineer, project manager and project executive, leading some of our most iconic sports, higher education and data center projects in Arizona and even across the world.

As Vice President, General Manager, his deep-rooted relationships with team members and customers allows him to solve complex challenges for our customers, and develop high performing teams, while mentoring teams and cultivating a diverse and inclusive environment both at Mortenson and within the industry.

Impacting the communities is which he works is a priority and core value, both personally and to Mortenson. Brian serves on the Board of Directors, as Internship Chair, for the Phoenix Affiliate of ACE Mentor Program of America and he oversees Mortenson’s Engineering-in-Training program and Mentor program in Arizona. He has been recognized as ENR Southwest’s Top Young Professional and one of AZRE’s Young Leaders in CRE to Watch in 2021.
