Brian Roach is a Managing Principal for Brennan Investment Group and is based out of Denver. He is responsible for acquisition and development of industrial properties in Denver, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, and Kansas City. Mr. Roach has nearly 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly in capital deployment and asset management.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, he was Senior Managing Director for the industrial development platform at the Pauls Corporation in Denver. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President for DCT Industrial Trust (NYSE: DCT), a publicly traded industrial real estate investment trust. During his time with DCT, Mr. Roach led the Chicago office and was responsible for all capital deployment in the Chicago market. During his tenure, he acquired and developed approximately $400 million of industrial real estate. Mr. Roach received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.
