As Partner, Brian’s principal responsibility is to oversee land acquisitions and lead a team of developers, researchers and analysts who identify markets and submarkets across the country that meet Thompson Thrift’s selection criteria. Once Brian’s team gains site control, they track the viability of the market, submarket, and financial
performance of the asset throughout the life cycle of a project. Brian is a dedicated team member with strategic vision for sourcing new investment opportunities and determining
targeted development regions to pursue.

Since joining Thompson Thrift in 2011, Brian has been instrumental in the company’s residential growth and maintaining partner relationships.

Brian is a member of NMHC and is active in the community. Brian graduated from Hanover College and currently resides in Fishers, IN, with his wife, Trisha, and their two daughters. Brian is passionate about collaborating with team members and overcoming all obstacles to start a project. He enjoys the competitive nature of the real estate industry and seeing a development go from raw land to a Class A project that positively impacts the community.
