Brie Martin is the Director of Operations for the Boulder market at BioMed Realty, where she oversees more than one million square feet of life science, research, and office assets within Flatiron Park, one of Colorado’s premier innovation campuses. She is responsible for operational strategy, tenant experience, capital project execution, sustainability initiatives, and the day-to-day management of a complex portfolio serving leading life science, technology, and research organizations.

Brie brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience spanning property management, operations, asset management, and leadership. Prior to joining BioMed Realty, she served as Director of Property Management at Prime West for five years, where she led the firm’s property management platform and was responsible for operational excellence, client service, team development, and portfolio performance. Before Prime West, Brie was Associate Director of Property Management at Newmark, where she led a team of more than 40 professionals and oversaw approximately five million square feet of commercial real estate across Colorado.

An active industry leader, Brie serves as Chair of the Executive Circle Committee for BOMA Denver, chairs the University of Colorado Real Estate Forum Committee, and teaches Risk Management and Insurance through BOMA Foundations. She is passionate about developing future leaders, building high-performing teams, and elevating the role of property management as a strategic driver of asset value, operational excellence, and tenant success.
