Mr. Nelson has over 30 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Sales and Marketing.

As the Director of Business Development regionally and nationally with Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh Architects (VTBS), Britt lends his expertise to grow VTBS’s Regional and National portfolio in the areas of Mixed-Use, Multifamily, Sr. Living, Affordable Housing, Adaptive Reuse, Office and Retail projects. Britt’s real estate experience in the areas of Development Team coordination, Tenant and Landlord Brokerage, Land Acquisition/Sales, Site Selection, Lease Negotiation and 1031 Exchange properties, lends a unique skill set to VTBS.

Prior to joining VTBS, Mr. Nelson along with Mr. Rick Stucy, started Stucy Commercial Properties. A Boutique Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm. As the Director of Commercial Brokerage, Britt is focused on assisting their clients retain and expand their real estate holdings. His clients include National and Regional Franchisors/Franchisees, Landlords and various landowners.

Mr. Nelson was formally associated with Present Value Properties, Inc. a full service retail real estate brokerage and consulting firm headquartered in Tustin, California. Mr. Nelson has worked and has specific market knowledge in Denver, CO, San Francisco (Bay Area) California, Phoenix, AZ and Dallas, TX. His client included Pizza Hut. Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, Dairy Queen and Great Clips franchisees.

Mr. Nelson has been with two national General Contractors directing Business Development activities for Retail and Office projects in the Western United States. Mr. Nelson was also associated with Lincoln Property Company in Northern California where he was involved in Managing Residential Properties and Resident Retention.

Britt is a Certified Professional Ski Instructor and has taught for over 40 years at Vail, Colorado and other major ski resorts in the Western United States.
