As Vice President, Ms. Azzopardi is responsible for overseeing the Operations of 60 residential properties in Colorado Springs, Denver and Reno Nevada.  She works directly with the Regional Managers to ensure owners’ goals are met.  In addition, she directs the operations and reporting of each property.

Ms. Azzopardi has worked in the residential management field since 1986.   Ms. Azzopardi has extensive experience in all aspects of residential real estate marketing and operations, as well as budgeting, training and start up of newly constructed communities and Value Add

Ms. Azzopardi is active in the Apartment Association.  She has held several Committee/Chair positions in the past and instructs several classes for the Association including Risk Management, Maintenance for Managers, Financial Management for the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) classes.

In 2009, Carmen became a Certified Property Manager (CPM^®); she holds a real estate license and was awarded the Colorado Springs Business Journal’s 2007 Rising Star Award for up and coming individuals in Colorado Springs.

In June 2009, she was President of the Apartment Association of Southern Colorado and in 2010 received the Ethel Horton Award.
