Carol Nelson is a Division President for the Mountain West Division at Asset Living. She has over 28 years of experience in the multi-family industry with a focus on Class A lease ups, value add rehab, and stabilized communities ranging all asset classes. Carol is involved in building strong and strategic client relationships and business development. Previously, Carol was the COO for Redstone Residential, Managing Director for Greystar, and Senior VP for Alliance Residential where she was involved in strategic growth planning and development. At Asset Living, her goal is to provide excellent customer service and build “best in class” teams.

Carol is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), licensed Broker in Utah, and graduate of Brigham Young University, where she majored in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing.
