His team in the Broomfield, Colorado office is tasked with new product development and performing consulting assignments including comp set selection and optimization, custom forecasts, customized data-infused dashboards in Excel or Tableau software, and industry income and expense research. Carter has over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry and has extensive public-speaking experience, lecturing frequently at conferences and company events.
