Mr. Pileggi is Vice President, National Director of Leasing for Healthcare Realty and oversees the leasing of medical office buildings across the western half of Healthcare Realty’s portfolio. He began his 17-year commercial real estate career as a broker and has spent the last 12 years working directly for REITs, specifically Healthcare Realty since 2016. Following Healthcare Realty’s merger with HTA in 2022, Mr. Pileggi’s portfolio includes over 280 medical office buildings totaling almost 15 million square feet across 19 states.
