Cathy Loftus, NCIDQ, LEED GA | Principal

Cathy brings more than 15 years of experience leading fast-paced, complex design projects to her role as principal at Elsy Studios. Over the course of her career, she has helped hundreds of businesses across Colorado, including Liberty Media, NetApp, Yes, ACM, Hines, Miles Marketing and Jonah Energy get the most out of their work environments.

Since joining Elsy Studios in 2012, Cathy has been instrumental in growing it into the thriving practice it is today by focusing on delivering one-of-a-kind designs using a highly personalized approach. In addition to her design role, Cathy is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the firm’s business development and marketing efforts. Cathy leads all of Elsy Studio’s operations and performs business development as Principal.

As a result of Cathy’s impact on both the design and philanthropic community locally, she has been named one of Denver Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 (2014) and was recognized in Interior Design Magazine’s Best of Office (2012). Outside of Elsy, Cathy has been involved in the Downtown Denver Partnership and volunteers Junior League, Upstream Impact, and A Little Help Denver, which connects neighbors to offer a helping hand to elderly local residents.
