Chad Rodriguez is Vice President of Land for Trumark Homes’ Colorado Division, where he leads land acquisition and development strategy for new home communities across the Colorado front range area. He is responsible for identifying and securing land opportunities, structuring transactions, and driving projects through entitlement, development, and delivery to vertical construction.

Chad brings extensive experience in residential land development, including due diligence, municipal coordination, infrastructure planning, and managing development timelines and risk. He works closely with internal operations, sales, and construction teams to align land strategy with product design, pricing, and absorption goals—ensuring communities are positioned for both market success and operational efficiency.

His work is focused on delivering well-located, thoughtfully planned neighborhoods that meet the evolving needs of today’s homebuyers while creating long-term value for the business and its partners.
