Channing is responsible for supervising all property management personnel and functions. He also works closely with building engineers, master electricians, and HVAC technicians to ensure maximum performance and life expectancy of the facility and related equipment.

Prior to RISE, Channing was a leader in the Colorado office of Trammel Crow, and he has been involved in property, facility and construction management since 1984. Channing holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from University of Denver, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Colorado College and holds the several designations including:

Channing is active on the Board of Directors of BOMA, and is serving as the BOMA Colorado President Elect in 2019.
