Endeavor Managing Principal Charlie Northington focuses on retail development and mixed-use urban infill development. Charlie is a current member of Endeavor’s Operating Committee and Investment Committee.

Relevant Experience
Charlie has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1985. He started his career at The Colfax Group and exclusively did national retail tenant representation.

Since Joining Endeavor in 2005 and working exclusively on development, Charlie’s major projects have included:

  • Denver Broadway Station – A mixed-use Transportation Oriented District project consisting of 900 multifamily units, 400,000 SF of office and 100,000 SF of retail. The site is the former Gates Rubber manufacturing facility located 2.5 miles south of downtown Denver.
  • Fort Worth Trinity Left Bank – A 300-unit multifamily project.
  • The Parke, Cedar Park, Texas – A 400,000 SF Whole Foods-anchored Power Center. The Parke consisted of 14 anchors, 50,000 SF of spec space and numerous pad sites.
  • Austin Bluffs, Colorado Springs, Colorado – Complete redevelopment of a former grocery store and 30,000 SF of shop space. The final project consisted of Walmart Grocer and 30,000 SF of new retail tenants.
  • 5 Hills Project, Copperas Cove, Texas – Acquisition of a 125-acre parcel from the US Government and developing two separate retail centers to date.
  • 1890 Ranch, Cedar Park, Texas – 900,000 SF Power Center

Prior to joining Endeavor, Charlie was a Principal at the Trammell Crow Company (1997 – 2001), where he was one of the company’s top producers in 2000 and the top rated retail producer in the country that same year. While at Trammell Crow, Charlie co-developed the Killeen Marketplace, a 300,000 SF Power Center. Earlier in his career, he was a founding partner of the Colfax Group (1985 – 1996) and was also a founding partner of SCC Development (2001 – 2005), where he co-developed 7 Home Depot-anchored centers.
