Chris Allen is a Partner at Verdad Real Estate’s Denver office where he is responsible for real estate and business development in the western U.S. Verdad Real Estate is a leading single-tenant real estate developer that has completed 500+ projects worth over $1B in value.  Chris also has extensive nationwide experience leading teams in strategic planning and site selection at retail and restaurant companies such as Ritz Camera, Starbucks Coffee, Moe’s Southwest Grill and P.F. Chang’s/Pei Wei Asian Diner.   Prior to that, Chris received his B.A. from Rollins College and M.A. in International Relations/Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
