Chris is Equity Residential’s Vice President – Transactions and is responsible for all property acquisitions in Denver while also contributing to the company’s joint venture development efforts here locally. Chris joined Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) in May of 2024, and prior to his current position was responsible for all acquisitions, preferred equity investments, and mezzanine loan originations in Greater Seattle, Orange County, and San Diego for Essex Property Trust (NYSE: ESS).

Chris is a graduate of the University of San Diego and enjoys fly fishing, skiing, exercising and music.
