Chris Daigneault currently serves as the System Director of Real Estate Transactions for CommonSpirit Health. In this role, he oversees all real estate transaction activities across the system, including acquisitions, dispositions, expense and income leases, joint venture real estate transactions, and development-related leasing.
Prior to this position, Chris managed the organization’s REIT relationships and oversaw the Surplus Asset Dispositions (SAD) portfolio, driving strategic alignment and value optimization across multiple markets.
