With over a decade of experience in finance and operations leadership roles, Chris Ducay manages the day-to-day operations, asset management and financial processes for the Headwaters Group’s portfolio.

Prior to joining the Headwaters Group, Chris worked at Sage Hospitality Group for 7 years, where he most recently served as the vice president of operations finance and transitions.

Before Sage, he was a director of Finance at Vail Resorts, Inc. Chris received his bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing and information technology from the University of Denver.
