– Commercial Real Estate: Support and collaborate with existing customer relationships, develop new business, and find solutions for commercial real estate investors in various asset classes: industrial, office, retail or apartment/multi-family. Solutions include refinance of debt on existing assets, construction or acquisition of new commercial real estate assets, bridge financing or taking advantage of forward and reverse 1031 exchanges, Opportunity Zones, CoPACE, SBA 504, self-directed IRA, and other lesser known financing options.
– Small Business: Support and collaborate with existing customer relationships, develop new business, and find solutions for small business owners. Those solutions may be related to improving their tools/processes for managing cashflow, purchasing their own building, purchasing equipment or inventory, or otherwise managing change/growth in their business. Provides local expertise on a full suite of treasury management solutions.
November 2012 – December 2015: SVP – FirstBank – Boulder, CO. Manage retail operations, business development, and loan origination. Underwrite and originate consumer and commercial real estate loans.
March 2009 – November 2012: VP – FirstBank Support Services located in Lakewood, CO. Managed FirstBank’s remote delivery channels – online, mobile, and telephone banking. This included FirstBank’s primary customer support center that provides access to live help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This experience included development, implementation, and support of mobile banking and treasury management solutions.
November 2004 – March 2009: AVP – FirstBank Support Services in Lakewood, CO. Developed, implemented, and managed FirstBank’s centralized loan operations including loan document preparation, disbursement, onboarding, collateral perfection, and post-close review. These functions were previously disbursed across 100 locations prior to centralizing them at our Lakewood headquarters. This experience included development, implementation and support of proprietary and purchased applications for pricing, loan origination/workflow, document generation, e-recording, and content management.
July 2001 – November 2004: Banking Officer and VP – FirstBank in Eagle County Colorado (Vail, Avon, Edwards). Managed retail operations. Underwrite and originate consumer and mortgage loans.
