With 35 years of experience in the land development and real estate industry, Christopher H. Fellows is a sought-after expert in Land Development, Entitlements/Planning, Master Planned Communities, Special Districts, Municipal Finance, and Sales & Marketing.  His special combination of experience and a broad skill-set related to all aspects of Land Development, combined with his academic background, including a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, gives Christopher a unique perspective and understanding of the inter-relationships and inner workings of the industry.

Key accomplishments in his distinguished career include the direct participation in more than $300,000,000 in acquisitions and sales of real estate, orchestrating zoning for thousands of acres of property permitting uses in excess of 10,000,000 sq.ft. for commercial uses and 5000+ units of residential density, and subdividing of property for millions of square feet of commercial and over 3600 residential units.
