Chris has more than a decade of engineering, construction, development, and project management experience, spanning sectors such as commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and civil engineering. At Riverside Investment & Development, Chris is responsible for project management oversight of pre-development, design, construction, and completion of development projects, including 110 North Wacker Drive as well as 1900 Lawrence in Denver.

Prior to joining Riverside, Mr. Payne began his career at Lend Lease where he led talented teams to deliver prominent Chicago high-rise developments.

Chris received BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
