Chris Payne has more than a decade of engineering, construction, development, and project management experience, spanning sectors such as commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and heavy civil. At Riverside Investment & Development, Chris serves as Vice President and leads all operations in Colorado including development, design, construction, and completion of projects.

Chris recently oversaw the development of 110 North Wacker Drive / Bank of America Tower, a 1.5 million RSF and 55-story Class A office building in downtown Chicago. In 2021 he relocated to his hometown of Denver to oversee the development of 1900 Lawrence, a 700,000 RSF and 30-story Class A office building in downtown Denver. Chris received Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
