RESPONSIBILITIES
Chris Ruschaupt is responsible for overseeing Arnold & Porter’s real estate portfolio, including leasing, subleasing, design, new construction, and major renovations. Working closely with the firm’s IT, Operations, and Administrative departments, Mr. Ruschaupt supports the firm’s current and future space needs, working closely with firm leadership to manage costs and
opportunities. Additionally, Mr. Ruschaupt is involved in firmwide capital planning, vendor management, and leads the firm’s Sustainability initiatives.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Ruschaupt has been involved in the construction and real estate industry for more than 30 years. For the first two decades of his career he worked for major General Contractors in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area, managing significant construction projects for legal, corporate, media, technology, defense, and non-profit clients. In 2008, Mr. Ruschaupt joined
CBRE, Inc. as a Director of Project Management in their Washington, DC office. CBRE, Inc. is one of largest real estate service providers in the world, which allowed Mr. Ruschaupt to represent numerous Am Law 100 law firms and Fortune 500 companies, managing complex new construction, renovations, and relocations. Over the course of his career, Mr. Ruschaupt
has managed the design and construction of approximately 7 million RSF of space, with an aggregate value of nearly $800,000,000.00 In 2018, Mr.
Ruschaupt joined Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP as Director of Administrative Project Management.
