Chuck is responsible for overseeing VOP’s property level operations and asset management. Chuck has over 30 years of real estate experience which has covered the investment, development, leasing and property management verticals. He was formerly a Managing Director of The Koman Group, where he was responsible for the development of over 1.5 million square feet and asset management of over 3.0 million square feet of office in St. Louis, Missouri. Chuck also worked at Trizec where he served as Vice President of the firm’s national leasing platform which comprised more than 25.0 million square feet of office space across the nation. Chuck is a graduate of Principia College where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
